The National Council on Measurement in Education (NCME)

The Association for Educational Assessment – Europe (AEA)
An association for all educational assessment researchers and practitioners throughout Europe. AEA's principal aim is to foster connections and developments in assessment across Europe and beyond.
The International Association for Educational Assessment (IAEA)
IAEA offers a global forum for all those involved in all forms of educational assessment – in primary or secondary schools, colleges or the workplace. The broad purpose of IAEA is to assist educational agencies in the development and appropriate application of educational assessment techniques to improve the quality of education.

A national research society, that strives to advance knowledge about education, to encourage scholarly inquiry related to education, and to promote the use of research to improve education and serve the public good.
The International Test Commission (ITC)
An association of national psychological associations, test commissions, publishers and other organizations committed to promoting effective testing and assessment policies and to the proper development, evaluation and uses of educational and psychological instruments. The ITC’s primary goal is to facilitate the exchange of information among its members and to stimulate their cooperation on problems related to the construction, distribution, and use of psychological tests.
The International Language Testing Association (ILTA)
