We are seeking a highly experienced Test Development Expert to join us just before we skyrocket and grow with us!

 

What you’ll be doing:

• Expert Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor to our clients by leveraging your expertise in psychometrics, learning & development, or industrial/organizational psychology to help them build reliable and valid assessments that will best serve their hiring goals.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain meaningful and long-lasting relationships with clients, based on understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our solutions.

• Assessment Development: Utilize your professional knowledge to help expand Canditech's assessment library, ensuring our offerings remain both cutting-edge and aligned with industry standards.

 

What we'd like you to have:

• 3+ years of experience in psychometrics, industrial/organizational psychology, or learning & development.

• Strong client-facing skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities with a knack for building long-term relationships.

• Bilingual proficiency: Native Hebrew speaker with excellent English skills.

• Entrepreneurial spirit: A passion for working in a dynamic startup environment.
